1. Eligibility for Refunds
Each order includes a complimentary sample of the purchased fragrance. Customers are encouraged to test the sample first before opening the main product.

2. Opened Products
If the main fragrance bottle has been opened or used, it is not eligible for refund or exchange. This policy is in place to maintain product integrity and hygiene standards.

3. Unopened Products
Refunds or exchanges are available only for unopened and unused products returned in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@aeizledon.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund upon verification.

5. Process for Refunds
To initiate a return, please email support@aeizledon.com with your order details and reason for return. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, promotional items, and samples are non-refundable.

7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

8. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Orders purchased using Cash on Delivery (COD) are eligible for refunds in the form of a store coupon. You will receive a coupon code equal to the purchase amount, which can be used towards your next order.
